- Shift Times: Sunday, 0800–2030; Monday to Friday, 0730–1630; Saturday, 0800–2030
- Inclusions: Travel $800 per block (to be booked by agent or doctor), Hotel $170 per night (to be booked by agent or doctor); Anything over the travel cap or hotel cap is to be covered by the agent or doctor
- Requirements: CV, 2 references, VPD form, TB Questionnaire, ID, qualifications, Medicare Specialist recognition, criminal history consent form (if contract >30 days), and other necessary documentation.
