About the Role

We're looking for an organised, reliable Site Administrator to join our team at the Laverton Data Centre project. This is a hands-on admin role at the heart of a busy construction site - you'll be the go-to person keeping timesheets, forms, inductions, and day-to-day site operations running smoothly, working closely with the site team.

Duties Include:

- Payroll & Timesheet Support
- Processing annual leave (AL) forms
- Processing PPE forms




- Organising site inductions for current starters and plant
- Uploading plant for site inductions
- Organising replacement site access cards
- Coordinating CPR/LVR training for site staff
- General Site Administration

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a site-based or construction administration role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple ongoing tasks
- Good communication skills and comfort working closely with site management and the broader team
- Attention to detail, particularly with compliance-related paperwork (inductions, PPE, training records)
- Generous renumeration will be based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
