Emerge Women and Children's Support Network – Hampton East VIC is seeking a Children's Case Manager to lead specialist support for children and young people affected by family violence. You will provide trauma-informed, child-centred case management, deliver individual and family sessions, co-facilitate groups, and work with secure caregivers to rebuild the parent-child relationship.
