We're looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Casual Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive the exceptional service Del-Re is known for.
Roster Requirement
Availability to work alternating Sundays and Public Holidays is an essential requirement of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries via phone and email in a qualified and friendly manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing and delivery enquiries
- Resolve customer concerns promptly, including delivery issues, damaged goods and order discrepancies
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company systems
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication
