What we're looking for

A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or a related field

Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or complex needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to support

Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities

A genuine commitment to promoting independence, choice, and dignity for people with disabilities

A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence

Valid Australian Driver's Licence

Own reliable vehicle

(must be able to transport participants when required)
