Mayflower is seeking a Quality and Capability Manager to lead and provide strategic and operational leadership for quality assurance, clinical governance, workforce capability, learning & development, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across Residential Aged Care and Corporate Services.

You will drive audit readiness, oversee incidents and complaints governance, and support implementation of aged care standards, embedding a culture of quality and learning across the organisation.
