A well-established and highly stable food production company based in Noble Park is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their growing maintenance team. About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance across a busy food-grade manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous production operations.

- Preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and production equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults efficiently
- Responding quickly to breakdowns in a fast-paced FMCG environment




- Supporting production teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Completing scheduled maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards at all times

About You

- Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
- Previous experience within an FMCG or industrial manufacturing workplace
- Food manufacturing or food-grade site experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
