About the Role

This is a hands-on position combining delivery driving, warehouse operations and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering customer orders throughout Melbourne to trade, retail and commercial customers
- Collecting goods from suppliers
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Stock control and general warehouse duties
- Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe workplace
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a successful team.

You'll ideally have:

- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining quality
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic with outstanding reliability and punctuality
- Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office (experience with MYOB EXO is an advantage)
- A current driver's licence with a safe driving record
- A forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Good physical fitness, as the role includes regular manual handling
