About the Builder

Fetch has partnered with a leading Architectural Builder who are based in the inner South Eastern and Bayside Suburbs, to join their growing team of carpenters to work on a number of exciting projects up to the value of $10m. With a strong pipeline of work, there will be opportunities to further up skilland grow into Leading Hand and Site Supervisor positions in the future. Our client is big on their company values and culture, and rewards it's workers with regular bonding events.

The Role

Our client is seeking a passionate Carpenter to join their team on what they are describing as one of the most iconic builds Bayside will see.



You will be working on a $10m build, using the latest and modern building materials while setting high standards with your work. Strong finishing skills is a must while also being able to adapt to change and work in a team environment. Experience in Architectural builds and plan reading is ideal.

What You’ll Do

- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to detailed finish
- Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
- Deliver on complex timber frames
- All different types of high end finish work - internal cladding systems and period style finishes
- Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times
- Strong problem solving skills

What You’ll Need

- Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 3 years on high-end builds
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
- Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
- Confident speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
