About the Position:

- Clinical Advisor rate of £425 per day Clinical Income as a permanent position
- Hybrid role combining dentistry and leadership
- 2 per week as Associate Dentist
- 1-2 per week as Clinical Advisor for the Group with lots of support available
- £14 per UDA, adaptable UDA allocation
- Up to 50% split on Private work
- Packed patient list to inherit

- Working with current Clinical Leads, the Group Owners, Clinical Compliance Manager and the Management team as a whole

- Recruit, mentor and retain talented clinicians
- Deliver training alongside Clinical Director
- Support complaint management and resolutions

- Recommend efficiencies and clinical enhancements
