KMJ GROUP PTY LTD, the owner and operator of an Oporto franchise located in Taren Point, NSW, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its quick service restaurant. Task & responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, train, and supervise staff, including performance management and development
- Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs in line with business targets
- Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and maintain inventory control




- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and WHS requirements
- Maintain high levels of customer service and effectively resolve customer concerns
- Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Qualification & experience

- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (AQF Diploma or higher, or equivalent)
- Minimum of one (1) year full-time post-qualification experience in a similar fast food or QSR management role
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience in rostering, stock control, and cost management
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
