We're a growing boutique design agency looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing & Events Coordinator to help elevate our brand and client experience.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of marketing initiatives while coordinating premium client events, partnerships and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media and email.
- Coordinate corporate events from planning through to execution.
- Organise event venues, suppliers, guest lists, registrations and event logistics.
- Prepare run sheets and coordinate all event communications.
- Provide on-the-day event coordination to ensure seamless delivery.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites and marketing materials.
- Manage brand consistency across all channels.




- Build relationships with suppliers, venues and strategic partners.
- Use AI and up-to-date marketing tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
- Helping across general administration and office tasks.

About You

- Experience in marketing and event coordination for a minimum of 2 years.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative and confident managing multiple projects.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools is highly regarded.
