Are you an experienced RNwith strong knowledge of AN-ACC?

We are looking for a full-time Monday to Friday, experienced AN-ACC Coordinator.Embracia Moonee Valley is a 141 bed home which offers residential aged care, respite care and specialised dementia care. You will work in a beautiful environment thatfeels like home for our residents, while offering state-of-the-art innovations that support you to focus on quality care outcomes for our residents.

We need an RNwho has-

- Aged care experience

- A strong understandingof AN-ACC

- Knowledge of Accreditation and local government standards

- Consultative approach with residents, staff, colleagues and other stakeholders

- Ability to provide staff training and coaching

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with assessments and documentation and attention to details

- Experience working in a person-centred care workplace

- Competence with IT systems (iCare desirable) and willingness to learn new systems

- Current AHPRA registration

- Current police check
