Ozcare is seeking a Learning & Adoption Specialist to lead learning design, facilitation and change activities across Queensland during Dayforce implementation. You'll own end-to-end learning experiences from content creation to training delivery and adoption support.
You'll travel across Queensland to work with frontline teams, partners and leaders, delivering engaging sessions and building practical, scalable learning solutions for a large transformational project.
