Monday to Friday | Typically 3-5 shifts per week available (depending on business needs)

Shift times: 7:00/8:00am - 5:00pm, with some shorter shifts available (9:00am - 3:30pm)

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic casual staff to join our Production, Dispatch and Greenlife teams. If you enjoy being active, working outdoors, and being part of a friendly team, we'd love to hear from you.

No nursery experience? No problem. Full training is provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than previous nursery experience.

What you'll be doing

Dispatch

- Picking and packing customer orders

- Cleaning, labelling and preparing plant stock

- Processing orders ready for delivery

Propagation





- Propagating Cuttings and Tubing work

- Working as part of a large production team

- Maintaining clean and organised work areas

Greenlife

- Watering, feeding and pruning plants

- Moving and maintaining nursery stock

- General plant care and presentation

We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work well in a team

- Physically fit and happy performing manual work

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Able to follow processes and work efficiently

- Available to work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week

- Have the right to work in Australia

What we offer
