Life Without Barriers in Wollongong invites passionate Therapeutic Youth Workers to join our residential teams supporting 12–17-year-olds who’ve experienced trauma. Roles include permanent part time and casual hours, with shifts including afternoons, sleepovers and weekends in 24/7 homes.

You’ll help build safe, homelike environments, support independence, and foster positive relationships. Applicants may hold a Diploma in Community Services or be working toward it; First Aid is required, and
