About Master Glass Fencing

Master Glass Fencing is Melbourne's trusted specialist in premium glass fencing and balustrade installations. Based in Mooroolbark, we deliver high-quality solutions for residential and commercial clients across Melbourne.

The Role

This role will best suit a carpenter/cabinet maker/landscaper wanting a change in direction and experience working on high end projects. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our installation team. You'll play an essential role assisting with site measuring, site preparation and problem solving to help deliver outstanding glass fencing and balustrade installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites
- Assist installers with carrying and positioning glass panels, balustrades, and fencing components
- Work independently to complete projects from site preparation to final finish
- Interpret site plans and ensure precise positioning of glass panels and components
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times




- Support the installation team with general labour duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks consistently
- Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions on site
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction
- Willingness to travel daily from Mooroolbark to sites across Melbourne
- Previous experience installing frameless glass pool fencing and/or balustrades
- Hold a current driver's licence
