Front Office Night Auditor - Brisbane International Virginia

Brisbane International Virginia is seeking a Front Office Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing an essential service to our guests and visitors. As a Front Office Night Auditor, you will be the responsible for auditing the daily financials as well as servicing our guests as needed overnight. We are currently transforming this hotel by way of renovation, so it is a very exciting time to come onboard.

What you’ll be doing

Greeting guests and visitors with a warm, professional and friendly demeanour.

Managing the reception desk and monitoring security overnight.

Processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately when required.

Auditing daily transactions and paperwork.

Assisting with administrative tasks

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Contributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and communication

What we’re looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage warmly with guests from diverse backgrounds

Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations





Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software; previous experience with property management systems is advantageous

Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Professional appearance and demeanour aligned with hospitality industry standards

Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work casual hours as required

Attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions and maintaining records

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

Previous experience in a front office or reception role within hospitality is highly desirable

A reliable and punctual work ethic with a commitment to team objectives
