The Leasing Agency is looking for a talented 3D Visual Artist and professional Videographer to join our team.

We have an established client base and existing initiatives that need someone who can understand the brief and execute it exceptionally well.

But that isn’t the whole opportunity.

We’re also looking for someone with ideas. Big ones. Strange ones. Ambitious ones. The kind that might initially sound a little outlandish—but, with the right creative thinking and technical skill, could become something exceptional.

Someone with the vision and ability to take a rough idea, a conversation or a sketch on a page and turn it into something people can actually see, experience and remember.

The role

You’ll work across a range of clients and industries, creating visual content that spans professional video production, 3D visualisation, animation, motion and entirely new creative concepts.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Producing high-quality video content from concept through to final delivery
- Filming and directing content across a range of locations, businesses and industries
- Creating 3D visuals, animations and visual effects
- Editing footage and managing post-production
- Developing campaign content for digital, social and other platforms
- Translating briefs, ideas and conversations into compelling visual concepts
- Bringing products, spaces, brands and ideas to life in ways that traditional content cannot
- Working within existing campaigns while identifying opportunities to push them further
- Contributing ideas from the earliest stages of campaigns and projects
- Taking creative projects from initial concept through to final execution
- Helping us challenge our own creative standards and expand what we offer

You’ll need to be equally comfortable delivering polished work for an existing campaign and asking,

Who we’re looking for

First and foremost, you need to be technically robust.

You know how to produce professional visual work. You understand composition, lighting, movement, storytelling and the technical process required to turn an idea into a finished product.

We’d love to meet someone who:

- Has strong skills in 3D visualisation, animation, VFX or motion
- Has professional videography and video production experience
- Can confidently shoot, edit and deliver polished content
- Wants to see ambitious concepts brought to life
- Can balance creative ambition with commercial reality
- Is curious about different industries, audiences and businesses
- Can explain the thinking behind their work
- Is excited by new technology, techniques and ways of creating
- Wants to genuinely influence the creative direction of an organisation

You may already be a 3D artist, motion designer, filmmaker or videographer who knows you’re capable of more than simply executing briefs.
