Terra Firma is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to join our Australian practice in Melbourne. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, perform gap analyses and create high-quality BRDs for diverse transformation programs.
You will document journeys, user stories and process maps, support solution design and provide clarification to development and testing teams. You’ll drive UAT/BVT, coordinate stakeholders and assist with release activities.
