About the Role

Reporting into the Executive Manager of People, Safety & Compliance our Audit & Compliance Lead will manage PANDA's audit,accreditationand compliance program,maintainingreadiness against national quality and digital mental health standards.

You’llwork across every area of the organisation, supporting leaders to strengthen quality systems,monitorimprovement activities, prepare for accreditation, manage evidence, and build confidence in compliance processes.

This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to build relationships will be just as important as your technicalexpertise.

Your impact

- Coordinate organisational audit and accreditation activities
- Maintain evidence,registersand quality improvement actions
- Support accreditation readiness across multiple standards
- Partner with leaders to strengthen quality and compliance practices
- Identifytrends, risks and opportunities through analysis and reporting
- Support governance committees with quality and compliance reporting
- Coordinate records requests and information management processes
- Help foster a positive culture of quality,learningand continuous improvement

What You Bring (Essential)

- Three or more years' experience in audit, compliance,accreditationor quality assurance
- Experience supporting health, mental health, communityservicesor digital service accreditation
- Knowledge ofNational Standards of Mental Health Services, Quality Improvement Council Health and Community Services Standards, National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards,



National Standards for Volunteer Involvement and any otherrelevant quality and accreditation standards
- Experience leading or coordinating continuous improvement activities
- Experience supporting privacy, recordsrequestsor information release processes
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams,Outlookand Excel
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- A collaborative, self-directed approach aligned withPANDA's values
- To support effective remote work,you'llneed a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Experience in a national or remote service environment
- Experience with volunteer-involving organisations
- Experience preparing reports for executive or governance committees
