Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to oversee day-to-day operations of the culinary department and the Food & Beverage division for the hotel. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will collaborate to meet Hyatt standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
You will help build both divisions from the ground up, shaping equipment, service processes, and procedures to propel culinary excellence and local experiences.
