What you'll do

- Provide administrative and coordination assistance to Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.
- Support project planning and execution by maintaining documentation and facilitating procurement processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on project goals.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with engineering or technical project environments.
- Experience in procurement processes and vendor management.
