Fuse Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of three Maintenance Assistants at a state-of-the-art E‑waste recycling facility in the Fairfield region, NSW. The role demands strong leadership and hands-on maintenance of automated systems, conveyors and shredders.
You will report to the National Maintenance Manager and drive preventative and breakdown maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability of production lines in a highly automated setting.
