TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Afternoon Shift Field Service Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team, working full-time at one of our major client sites in Park Ridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while having the support of a national business behind them. If you've worked extensively on Volvo trucks, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

You’ll be based full-time at our client's Park Ridge site, carrying out maintenance and repairs to keep their fleet operating safely and efficiently during the afternoon shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Servicing and repairs on heavy vehicles
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Preventative maintenance
- Breakdown response when required




- Identifying and reporting additional repair requirements
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Working safely and professionally onsite
- Delivering exceptional customer service

About You

To be successful you'll have:

- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology – Essential
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
