Free Bird Support Services is seeking experienced Support Workers in Geelong to support NDIS participants, including individuals with complex needs.
- Support daily living and community access
- Provide emotional and behavioural support
- Follow individual support and behaviour plans
- Maintain qualified relationships and case notes
Requirements:
- Experience with complex needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent (desirable)
