In the role of Senior Health Banking Manager, you will join the Health Relationship team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Manage and retain a portfolio of established health sector clients, ensuring strong service and continuity
- Strengthen existing relationships and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes
- Support lending activity, including credit structuring and deal execution
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and risk management
- Maintain high levels of client engagement to protect and grow portfolio value

- In-depth banking experience with strong relationship management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to manage and retain complex client portfolios
- Deep understanding of the health sector and its commercial drivers
- Strong credit and financial analysis capability
