The Role

We are building a custom VIP Host team for our Brisbane venues, Marlowe, Southside and Central. These roles are the warm weclome, the person who recognises you when you walk up to the venue and person who ensures our VIP's are provided that special level service. You will work closely with the Venue Manager however you will be led by the Group Guest Experience Manager VIP.

The Role

We are building a custom VIP Host team for our Brisbane venues, Marlowe, Southside and Central. These roles are the warm weclome, the person who recognises you when you walk up to the venue and person who ensures our VIP's are provided that special level service. You will work closely with the Venue Manager however you will be led by the Group Guest Experience Manager VIP.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is about creating excellent experiences and in your role you will:

- Own the front door and the first impression for our venue

- Read and actively shape the room atmosphere in real time as the night moves

- Intercept guest sentiment (positive, negative, everything in between) and manage it before it becomes an issue

- Partner with the Venue Manager throughout service to keep the floor running beautifully





- Host at the venue on our peak nights (must be able to work weekends)K Lead our VIP tier protocols and the VIP brief from the GE Manager - knowing who's in the room, why they matter, and making sure they feel it

- Lead VIP guest recognition and care, reporting on all VIP activity throughout service

- Support private events and VIP occasions outside your standard days, when the calendar calls for it

- Work with the Guest Experience Team at Head Office, running dedicated reporting that connects real-time floor data to our central operations hub

- Support customer outreach tied to guest feedback themes

- Assist the Guest Experience Team in leading venue walk-throughs for prospective event clients

About You

Presence, style and warm welcome sums up your VIP service style, here's what we are looking for:

- Ability to take charge of a VIP's experience, ensuring that have a dining experience like no other

- Experience in a premium luxury hospitality setting (fine dining or high-end events) - these are your customers

- A naturally engaging communicator with yur VIP's and the team you work with - you cant do it without them.

- Drive to create a moment that is unexpected and memorable

- Able to work peak service across the week and weekends
