Gaming Supervisor For Newcastle/Lake Macquarie Pub

This venue is owned and operated by the family run Don Hodge Group. We also own an additional two properties near by in The Belmont Hotel and The Lake Macquarie Tavern

We are looking to hire a gaming oriented gem who knows exactly what needs to go into a successful gaming room. The role although starting off as casual may develop into a full time discussion down the track.

You will be required to work 4-5 shifts per week, across a mix of morning, afternoons and and evening shifts. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the management team on all facets of operation in the gaming room.

The venue and the gaming room have both received a complete overhaul, you will be taking over a brand new room with incredibly current game types and competitive jackpot levels.

Main Responsibilities





- Ensuring compliance and responsible gaming practice.
- Consistent focus on room presentation & atmosphere.
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service and building rapport with customers.
- Gaming clearance and reporting.
- All aspects of beverage service for the gaming specific customers

About You

- NSW RSA & RCG
- High attentional to detail
- Charming, bubbly and approachable
- Minimum 1 years experience in a supervisory or similar role
