Key Responsibilities

- Assisting customers through the used vehicle buying process from enquiry to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Managing customer enquiries and follow-up activities
- Maintaining accurate records within the dealership CRM system
- Preparing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership processes
- Working collaboratively with finance,



aftermarket, and service departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the dealership's used vehicle inventory and market trends

About You

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales role (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A driven, motivated, and results‑oriented approach
- Ability to build rapport and establish long‑term customer relationships
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Qualified presentation and positive attitude
- Current driver's licence required
