We are seeking a Retirement Living Property Consultant to join our friendly, close-knit team. Working alongside an experienced Property Consultant, this role is suited to candidates ranging from a Sales Associate looking to take the next step through to an experienced Sales Consultant with a background in retirement living or residential real estate.

About the Role

- Building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families through a consultative sales approach.
- Qualifying enquiries and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the customer journey.
- Managing property listings across a range of online platforms.
- Maintaining accurate records and customer information within the CRM database.
- Coordinating property presentation, styling and professional photography.




- Managing refurbishment projects for vacated homes to ensure high presentation standards and timely completion.
- Networking within the local community to generate referrals and new enquiries.
- Representing the village at information sessions, open days and occasional weekend events as required.

About You

- A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or be actively working towards obtaining one).
- Experience in retirement living or residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A skilled, empathetic and consultative approach to sales.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
