As a brand we strive to offer the best products, advice and service solutions across pools, foam and rubber. With such a broad product range, our customers range from young families, tradies, hobbyists, and even commercial business customers.
We're looking for outgoing, knowledgeable, focused, and motivated individuals with experience in retail sales to join the team on a full time basis.
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Work in a team setting to help achieve business objectives
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Receipting,
managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Water Testing for customers
- Other tasks and duties as required
To be considered for this role, applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A passion and drive for Customer Service
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
- Being able to work weekends and public holidays is ESSENTIAL
