Our venue features a 160-seat indoor restaurant, 68-seat outdoor dining area, a busy grab-and-go café and a gelato bar. We are looking for a Hospitality Attendant to join the team. Every day is different, offering you the chance to learn a wide range of hospitality skills while working in a supportive and friendly team.

About the Role

As a Hospitality Attendant, you'll be an important part of our team, helping keep the Twelve Apostle café running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You'll gain exposure to both Front of House and Back of House operations, making this the perfect role for someone wanting to build a long-term career in hospitality.

Your day may include:

- Clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.

- Assisting with food and beverages running.

- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

- Keeping the kitchen, dining areas, and public spaces clean and well presented.

- Restocking service stations, crockery, cutlery, and supplies.

- Assisting with function setup and pack down.

- Supporting both the Front of House and Kitchen teams during busy service periods.





- Following food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.

- Helping create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of hospitality experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude.

- Available to work weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and peak tourism periods.

Desirable

- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or cleaning.

- Multilingual skills are an advantage, as we welcome visitors from around the world.

- Food Safety or RSA certification.
