We are seeking an experienced Onsite Project Administrator to join our project team on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster for the duration of this two-year construction project. Working closely with site leadership, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and coordination of site operations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate workforce mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Arrange site accommodation, travel, and roster schedules.
- Maintain workforce and visitor registers.
- Assist with onboarding and induction administration for new personnel.
- Support workforce compliance requirements and documentation.
- Maintain subcontractor and supplier records.
- Assist with project cost tracking and reporting.
- Compile weekly and monthly project reports.
- Update project trackers, dashboards, and databases.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Experience in project administration, preferably in a construction FIFO environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of other relevant software such as Procore, Employment Hero, SharePoint & ApprovalMax
