What You'll Be Doing

As part of our committed clinical team, you’ll provide safe, respectful, and person-centred care across:

Person-Centred Care

Support the delivery of safe and effective patient by providing evidence-based clinical and personal care, maintaining patient dignity and comfort, and contributing to positive health outcomes through collaborative practice.

Clinical Support & Care Delivery

Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the broader healthcare team.

Monitoring & Escalation

Recognise changes in patients’ health or behaviour and promptly elevate concerns to ensure timely and appropriate clinical responses.

Consumer Engagement

Actively involve patients, families, and carers in care planning and decision-making, fostering trust and open communication.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.

Quality & Compliance

Operate within scope of practice, adhere to professional standards and policies, and contribute to continuous improvement, accreditation, and safety processes.

What You Bring

- Diploma of Nursing and current registration as an Enrolled Nurse




- Experience in acute or aged care (desirable)
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and patient wellbeing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Sound clinical judgement, attention to detail, and accountability in practice
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Understanding of professional standards, legislation, and safe work practices
