Gre8 Capable Me, a NDIS-registered service provider, is seeking a Youth Mentor to join the School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) program in Tullamarine. This casual, part time role is 2 days per week and focuses on empowering young people with disabilities to gain independence.

You will deliver engaging SLES activities, teach life skills, foster community connections, and support pathways to employment within a supportive team.
