We’re Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Manager / Content Creator

Byron Bay Van Fitouts is looking for a creative, organised and proactive contractor to manage our social media, produce engaging content and help grow our brand.

This is a semi-remote role, offering flexibility to work from home with regular on-site attendance in the Byron Bay area for content creation, team meetings and campaigns.

Contract details

- ABN contractor engagement
- $35–$40 per hour , depending on experience
- Semi-remote
- Hours and schedule to be discussed

Key responsibilities

- Plan and manage our social media content calendar
- Create reels, videos, photos, graphics and digital content
- Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
- Attend on-site content days as required
- Develop promotions,



campaigns and brand partnerships
- Engage with our online community
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements
- Assist with email marketing, website content and digital advertising

What we’re looking for

- Strong content creation, copywriting and graphic-design skills
- Confidence filming and editing short-form video
- A positive understanding of current social media trends
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work independently
- A reliable, practical attitude and plenty of creative ideas
- Previous social media or marketing experience
