The role involves brief interventions, bridging support, and coordinating with professionals, families, and community members. Based at the Tarnbuk Centre with potential multi-site work.

You'll contribute to harm reduction, work in a team-oriented team, and help vulnerable individuals access tailored treatment and support services.
