Maven Dental Busselton is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team in a permanent part-time role, working 4 days per week .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Assistant who enjoys being part of a close-knit practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality dental treatment.
Job Description
As our Dental Assistant, you'll play an key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a comfortable and positive experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining excellent infection control standards
- Supporting dentists during patient care and procedures
- Sterilisation and instrument management
- Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their dental journey
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient clinical environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working as a Dental Assistant
- Is confident providing chairside support and working in a busy dental environment
- Has strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Is reliable, organised and enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a warm and friendly approach with patients
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care
