Your Role as Enrolled Nurse

You’llprovide holistic care to gusts at Hopewell Hospice working alongside Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers.

Deliver holistic care and support to guests and families accessing the service, following relevant care plans and under the supervision of the clinical team

Observe, monitor, interpret, document and report signs and symptoms

Medication administration

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of care plans.

Assistin the orientation ofnew staff





Support guestswith all aspects of daily living, including but not restricted to, personal care, associated light domestic duties and social/community participation

Provide guests with a physically and emotionally secure environment and promote their physical, intellectual, emotional, social,culturaland spiritual well-being

AHPRA Registration

Ability to provide high level nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice

Demonstrated passion and commitment to connecting the community to the mission and vision of Hopewell Hospice

The ability tomaintainconfidentiality, discretion and professionalism ensuring that the dignity and rights of guests and families arerespected at all times

Proven high level teamwork and collaboration skills to achieveobjectivesand promote positive working relationships

Enthusiasm and highly effective interpersonal,writtenand oral communication skills.

Experience in supporting people with illness and complex and chronic care needs

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)

Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.

Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
