Restoration Technician and Project Coordinator

This well-established, insurance repair builder, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Restoration qualified to join their Regional team in a dual focused role - Restoration Technician and Project Coordinator.

Location - Albury.

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday.

Hybrid position split between office based Project Coordination and site based Restoration Technician. You will be performing restorative works on properties impacted by fire, flood and mould damage in the Canberra area + office based project coordination.

Training and development provided on the job.

Travel is required as part of this position within Canberra Metro - you will be provided with a fully maintained work van + tools of trade.





Competitive salary - $75,000 - $90,000 + superannuation + work van + tools of trade (flexible based on experience).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a restoration, carpet cleaning or trade background, looking to split their time between hands-on restoration work and project management.

We are looking for someone who wants to commit to this position for the next couple of years.

ABOUT YOU

Prior Restoration Technician experience within the insurance space highly advantageous, however we are also considering applicants from carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning and trade backgrounds, with a motivation to learn.

Must be tech savvy/computer confident, able to use a tablet on site, and able to pick up new programs and work across various portals with ease.

Sound knowledge of the building and restoration industry - experience in fire, mould, water restoration advantageous but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and customer service skills - able to converse with clients.

Full driving license (green Ps considered).
