Sunrise Kidsis a privately owned and operated business with 5 Centres throughout Brisbane. Our Ipswich Centre is licensed for 75 places with an approved Kindergarten Funded Program, serving children aged from6 Weeksto 5 Years with a solid focus on the EYLF and the Curriosity Approach.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Directorto assist in leading and supporting our established team.This position is for a contact person (on the floor supporting Educator) and would be suitable for Educators who have strong communication and leadership skills. You will be able to see change and be in the moment with children, families and Educators.

The successful applicant will beinspired about early childhood care and educationwith aproven track recordin running a room, and ideally with previous 2IC experience. As Assistant Director you will be supported, mentored and provided training by the Centre Director, Operations Manager and Approved Provider.

- Foster strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Sound Knowledge of the EYLF.

Essential Qualifications

- Diploma of Early Childhood.
- Current Blue Card.
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates.
- Able to navigate all computer software programs such as word, excel, power point.
- Experience with Xplor preferred.
- Experience with Storypark.
- Sound knowledge of NQF including NQS.
- Available to work 5 days a week.
