Reception / Corporate Hospitality professional TEMP Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Reception / Corporate Hospitality professional for a 2-week temporary assignment with one of our valued corporate clients. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys front-of-house reception and providing exceptional hospitality in a professional corporate environment. As the first point of contact, you will ensure visitors and clients receive a warm welcome while providing seamless reception and hospitality support.

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Managing a busy reception desk and incoming calls.
- Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating bookings.
- Providing tea, coffee, catering, and corporate hospitality services.
- Maintaining presentation of reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas.
- Managing visitor sign-in procedures.
- General administration and office support as required.





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in corporate reception or corporate hospitality.
- A polished, professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Availability to commence Monday and commit to the full 2-week assignment .
