Based at a Coles Distribution Centre - Somerton Vic, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining high cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards across the site. You'll provide day-to-day supervision, support team performance and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support Cleaning Team Members
- Ensure cleaning, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Monitor safe use of chemicals, equipment and machinery
- Complete inspections and maintain quality standards
- Build positive working relationships with the customer and team




- Ensure work is completed on schedule and to scope

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Experience managing rosters and team performance
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (desirable)
- Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
