A-Line Group is a Tier 1 switchboard manufacturer supplying major projects across Australia. Due to growth, we're expanding our Moorabbin factory team.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Electrician with A-Line Group, you'll learn switchboard manufacturing from the ground up, working alongside experienced A Grade electricians and supervisors. You'll gain skills in assembly, wiring, terminations, testing and drawing interpretation — a specialist skill set that's in high demand across the industry.

What You'll Learn

- Switchboard assembly and fit-out
- Wiring, terminations and busbar work
- Reading electrical schematics and GA drawings
- Testing and quality assurance processes
- Safe work practices in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with on-site modifications to switchboards




- Control wiring
- Completion of certificate III in Electrotechnology and ability to sit for A Grade license

About You

- Genuine interest in the electrical trade
- Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- 1st year through to 4th year. (mature-age applicants welcome)
- Pre-apprenticeship (Certificate II in Electrotechnology) advantageous but not essential
