Pharmacy Assistant – Permanent Part-Time

Mansfield Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, productive and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the role

Responsibilities may include:

- Welcoming customers with a smile and providing friendly, helpful service
- Getting to know regular customers and making an effort to remember their names
- Assisting customers with pharmacy, health and beauty products
- Answering telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions
- Receiving, unpacking and putting away stock
- Maintaining product displays and keeping the pharmacy clean and well presented




- Completing tasks efficiently and helping the pharmacy run smoothly
- Assisting with stock control, pricing and general pharmacy duties
- Supporting pharmacists and other team members as required

The position can be adapted to suit the successful applicant’s experience, with training and support provided.

Previous pharmacy or retail experience would be helpful but is not essential. Applicants of all experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Employment conditions

This is a permanent part-time positon, however there is scope to offer either casual or full-time roles for the right applicant.

Regular working days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
