The Role

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll be the friendly face and expert hands helping motorists get back on the road. You'll respond to callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues onsite. Full time and weekend shifts available.

Daily duties include:

- Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts




- Jump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, fuel top-ups, and lockout support
- Diagnosing vehicle faults and advising on next steps
- Providing exceptional customer service in often stressful situations
- Accurately reporting service outcomes and maintaining stock and tools

About You

- We're looking for reliable, practical people who thrive in the field and love helping others.
- Automotive mechanical and or Roadside Assistance experience
- Current valid driver's licence (manual licence highly regarded)
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a calm, professional demeanor
