The Opportunity

As our new experienced Medical Receptionist, you will be the friendly and capable face of our clinic and assist with general administration duties within the practice.

About You

- Demonstrated experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience required
- Fantastic organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience with Best Practice medical software is essential

Duties

- Greet patients and sign them in upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for new and established patients
- Organise specialist consultations
- Process bills and payments
- Fax, scan, file and mail documents
- Monitor and order stationery and clinical supplies
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
