We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive while contributing to the people, culture and transformation initiatives that underpin ACER's success.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Chief People and Transformation Officer (CPTO). This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive while contributing to the people, culture and transformation initiatives that underpin ACER's success.
The Chance
Working at the heart of ACER's People, Culture and Business Services Division, you will provide trusted executive support to the CPTO and play an important role in delivering strategic people, culture and transformation priorities across the organisation.
This role offers a high level of responsibility, variety and visibility, making it ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgement and enjoys building strong relationships across an organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPTO to coordinate priorities and support strategic objectives.
- Manage complex calendars, communications, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Coordinate P&C; Committee meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for executive, internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Support divisional administration, financial processes and travel coordination.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams and executive leaders.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
About You
- Significant experience providing executive or senior administrative support.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong document preparation capabilities.
- Sound judgement, initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional support.
