Drillers & Offsiders (Geotech & Exploration)

Opportunity to join a fast growingdrilling company based in Eastern Suburbs ofSydney! We provide Water, Mineral Exploration, Geotechnical and Environmental drilling services to a range of different industries/clients.

Due to continuedgrowth we are seeking experienced drillers and drillers offsiders -Successful applicants will demonstrate their commitment to safety, positive judgement and teamwork. A strong work ethic and integrity is vital. A positive mind set in dealing with people and teams in close confinement will be highly regarded.

FIFO candidates are welcome.

We Current workload we are spread across NSW & QLD.

We can also help with relocation to Sydney.

DRILLERS RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operating drill rig in a range of different methods
- Perform drilling operations to recover samples (soil and rock) and present to clients
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Provide training to offsiders
- Record keeping of projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

- 3 years experience in Water, Mineral,



Geotechincal or Environmental drilling operations (i.e.: SFA, Rotary Mud, Diamond Coring)
- Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction - White card
- Physically fit
- Able to work long hours and occasionally away from home
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
- Police Clearance

Applicants who possess the following will be HIGHLY REGARDED:

- Certificate III in Drilling Operations
- HR Licence
- Experience in Geotechnical Engineering/Soil Testing

OFFSIDERS REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid drivers licence (HR licence is advantageous)
- Physically fit and healthy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen)
- Construction Induction - White card
- Able to work long hours and occasionally away from home
